Texas DIR Contract

Canopy Management Consulting Group LLC is a contract holder under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) program, Contract Number DIR-CPO-5810. This cooperative contract allows eligible Texas state agencies, public schools, higher education institutions, and local governments to access Canopy’s IT staffing services without issuing a separate RFP. Through this agreement, Canopy offers expert staff augmentation support across a range of technology areas at pre-negotiated, not-to-exceed labor rates. The contract is active from March 13, 2025 through March 13, 2027, and provides a streamlined, compliant path to securing qualified IT professionals.
